RETURN &
CANCELLATION POLICY
On our website, all sales are final. We want you to be ultimately pleased with your purchase of Zoldem. However, we are unable to accept returns owing to sanitary concerns.
You might receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered under certain situations that are beyond our control. If the product is not satisfactory to you, we will replace it without charging you extra. Please contact our customer service team at our customer service number in such situations before utilising the product so they can walk you through the necessary steps and give you guidance.
Depending on the product’s type and classification, the return process may be limited. For sizes, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or returns. According to your order, every piece of clothing is manufactured to order. Each product page has specific size information.
Conditions for Return
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery.
* Items/Products should be UNUSED.
* Products must be returned with all of their original price tags, labels, and invoices attached.
* Depending on the origin warehouse from which the goods were shipped, the merchandise should be couriered to the address for our office that was provided by the customer care staff.
* It is suggested that the return packages be securely and firmly wrapped to prevent further product damage in transit.
* After the products arrive at the Zoldem centre, we will inspect them and, if the claim is confirmed to be valid, we will issue a store credit. You will be required to pay delivery expenses once again to have the product returned if the claim is determined to be invalid.
* We do not have an exchange policy for sizes. Please check our size chart thoroughly.
* We do not have an exchange policy for used products, no matter how rarely used.
Cancellation Policy
