Shipping And Delivery
Order Process
Your order will be handled through our system immediately after you put it with us. The majority of in-stock goods ship out in 4 to 7 business days.
There’s a possibility that some of the items in your purchase are out of stock, in transit, or will shortly arrive at our warehouse. If that happens, our exceptional service care team will get in touch with you before shipping the in-stock items and will ship the pending order with your permission within 4–7 working days after receiving your approval, failing which they will refund your money.
Shipping Process
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email at the email address registered with your account and a text message on the registered mobile number with information about the tracking link and the courier service handling your order. The updating of tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours. Weekends and holidays are not taken into account in processing times. Orders are handled in the chronological order that they are received.
Your order might occasionally be filled in more than one place, in which case you might get two distinct packages with different tracking numbers. In this case, you would only be responsible for the shipping fee on the first package you receive.
Delivery Process
Within 2-4 days of your order, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link; during periods of high volume, this may take longer. It might have been sent to your spam folder if you don’t have it.
For each location, we select the best and quickest courier partner. After it is picked up from our warehouse, your order will arrive in 5-8 business days.
Additionally, this delivery time may be somewhat influenced by the delivery location. After the order is despatched from our Delhi warehouse, all deliveries to Delhi/NCR are made either the same day or occasionally the following day.
